"He turns a wilderness into pools of water, and dry land into watersprings. There He makes the hungry dwell, that they may establish a city for a dwelling place, and sow fields and plant vineyards, that they may yield a fruitful harvest. He also blesses them, and they multiply greatly; and He does not let their cattle decrease." Psalm 107:35-38

Our Growing Family
Brian's parents came in town Friday-Monday and we had such a GREAT time with them! We hadn't seen them since New Year's, so Jack had tons of new tricks to show them. He crawled and laughed and talked and charmed them the whole weekend. He even started something new while they were here--he started pushing his Tonka truck and walking behind it which is the CUTEST thing ever! We had such a good time and were so glad that they came to see us!
Brian and I got to go on a date Saturday night while they watched Jack. We drove to LR and went to P.F. Chang's. YUUMMMMM!!! They have these crab wontons that are incredible and coconut-pineapple ice cream that I'm obsessed with! I want to stock my entire freezer with the stuff! This pregnant woman has found something she likes--watch out! But anyway...we had so much fun just being together and laughing and eating. We needed it and it was great!
Then yesterday I went back to LR to go to my doctor. He did a sonogram and found out that I am 9 weeks and 3 days along, and my due date is September 20th!!! So now we have a picture of our little one and it's so cute! You can see her/his head, arm, and legs developing. We could even see some movement on the sonogram. We are so excited!!!!!!!!!
And tomorrow I'm going to Madison to take care of my Mom for a few days while she recovers from having surgery. My parents and sister can't wait to see us (Jack) :) :)
I'll post sonogram pictures and some new Jack pics soon.

I'm a BIG Blog Dork
In the last couple of days I have found out that two of our good friends we met in Starkville, Brandi and Amy, are expecting too! There must be something in our friends' water because last time I was pregnant there were tons of our friends expecting too! I am so excited and overjoyed at the blessings that God is showering on us! How exciting that we will all be having babies around the same time! Sadly, we're not in the same city, or state for that matter (Brandi lives in TX, and Amy in AL), but our babies will still be friends! :)
CONGRATULATIONS TO BOTH OF YOU!!!!!!!! May God bless you with good pregnancies and beautiful, healthy babies!
